Ayam Rica Rica
Chicken with chilli sauce (hot)

1 chicken (approx 1000 gr)
3 sereh / lemongrass
5 jeruk purut leaves
3 jeruk lime / thai lemon, juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
5 tbsp oil

10 red lomboks
10 red rawits
9 shallots
7 cloves garlic
6 cm jahe

Cara Membuat:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Deseed the lomboks and the rawits. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the sereh, the jeruk purut, the salt, the palm sugar and the lime juice and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add the chicken and mix well. Then cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is done.
