Tumis Kangkung Bumbu Petis
kangkung with shrimp/prawns and petis

400 gr kangkung
1 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
150 gr undang peci / king prawns / tiger prawns, peeled
100 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 red lomboks
3 red rawits
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp petis udang

Cara membuat:
Peel the shrimps and clean them. Pound or grind or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and the laos for 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp/prawns and fry until they change colour.
Then add the kangkung and mix well and fry the kangkung until soft. Then add the water and fry until cooked and done. Serve.
