spicy stir fry of kangkung with kemiri
Bahan-bahan:

250 gr kangkung
3 jeruk purut leaves
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1 tsp pepper
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
4 red rawits
5 kemiri/candlenuts, fried
1/2 tsp salt

Cut the kangkung into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the jeruk purut and the serai for 5 minutes.
Then add the kangkung and the pepper and mix well. Remove the pan from the heat and serve it after the kangkung has wilted and done.
