bean sprouts with pieces of chicken thigh

1/2 chicken thigh
1300 ml of water
2 salam leaf
150 gr bean sprouts
2 sprigs of celery
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp bawang goreng

5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
4 kemiri nuts
3 cm kunyit
2 cm of kencur
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water together with the chicken and the salam and cook on low heat until done. Remove the chicken from the pan and pull the meat apart. Let the broth thicken.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the celery fine. Add the bean sprouts, the celery, the kecap, the chicken and the bumbu to the stock and bring to the boil. Sprinkle the bawang goreng over it and serve.
