Tumis Pokcoy Paprika
sautéed paksoy with bell pepper and chicken

1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
100 gr grilled chicken
300 gr pokchoy / paksoy
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml chicken broth (see recipe)
1 spring onion

Cara membuat:
Cut the peppers into thin slices. Cut the shallots into thin slices and finely chop the garlic. Cut the spring onion into pieces. Cut the chicken into pieces.
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the shallots and garlic for 4 minutes. Then add the chicken, the pepper, the paksoy, the salt, the pepper and the palmsugar and fry until soft. Then add the stock and bring to the boil. Then add the spring onion and mix well. Serve.
