10 snake beans
100 gr oyster mushroom
1 tomato
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 jeruk purut leaves
2 salan leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
150 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

7 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 red rawits
5 red lomboks
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 cm jahe

Cara membuat:
Cut the beans into 3 cm pieces. Cut the oyster mushrooms into strips. Cut the tomato into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine to a coarse paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai, the salam and the jeruk purut for 6 minutes. Then add the tomato and fry until soft. Then add the beans and the oyster mushrooms and fry until soft.. Then add the salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done.
