Rujak KangKung
a spicy and fresh kangkung salad with tofu

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
3 bunches kangkung
4 pieces tahu pong (see recipe)
3 tsp asemwater
 
Haluskan:
Bumbu / sambal:
10 red rawits
5 red chilies
1 1/2 tsp shrimp paste bakar
1 tsp salt
175g palm sugar
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the kangkung into pieces and cook tender and drain. Cut the tahu pong in pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu / sambal into a paste and mix in the asemwater. Scoop then the kang kung and tahu pong into the sauce and serve.
