Botok Kangkung Ikan Gabus Asin

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
3 bunches of kangkung
100 gr coarsely grated coconut
3 jeruk purut leaves
100 gr ikan gabus asin / salted trout / mackerel
10 banana leaves
biteng
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
4 green rawits
2 cm of kencur
1/2 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the kangkung and cut it into pieces. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the ikan gabus and cut into pieces. Slice the jeruk purut very fine and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the kangkung with the bumbu, the jeruk purut and the grated coconut.
Take a banana leaf and put some kangkung on it, then some fish and then some kangkung. Fold the banana leaf as a package and secure the ends with biteng. Then steam the packets for 20 minutes until done.
