Brokili Kuah Jamur
broccoli in broth with enoki
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 g broccoli
150 gr shrimp/prawns
60 gr enoki mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp light soy sauce / kecap jepang
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 spring onion
700ml water
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:

Cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the shrimp/prawns and leave the tail on. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Cut the spring onion into small pieces. Heat in a pan the water together with the shrimp/prawn peels and bring to a boil. Then strain it and keep the broth.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the shrimp/prawns and fry until they change color. Then add the stock and bring to a boil. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well.
Then add the broccoli, enoki and spring onion and cook until done. Serve
