Semur Sayur Campusari

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100 gr cauliflower florets
100 gr broccoli florets
100 g babi paksoy
100 gr corn kernels
1 carrot
4 tbsp oil
100 g shrimps
100 gr chicken fillet/thigh
50 gr chicken livers
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
250 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp of maizena/corn starch dissolved in 1 tbsp water
2 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 spring onion
Cara Membuat:

Clean the shrimps but leave the tail on. Cut the meat and liver into thin slices. Cut the garlic and onion into thin slices. Cut the spring onion and the carrot into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the meat, liver and shrimp and fry for 1 minute. Then add the cauliflower, broccoli, corn and carrot and fry for 3 minutes.
Then add the broth, the kecap, the paksoy, the maizena solution, the saus tomat, the sesame oil, the pepper, the salt and the spring onion and mix well. Cook slowly until all is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
