Sayur Godog Labu Siam
in coconut milk stewed chayote with tahu
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 tahu/tofu
1 labu siam / chayote
50 gr melinjo leaf
4 green lomboks
2 salam leaf
1 cm laos/galangal
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1500 ml coconut milk
Halus canal:
50 gr rebon, roasted
2 kemiri/candlenuts
3 cm kunyit, roasted
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tahu into cubes and the lomboks in strips. Peel the chayote and slice it julliene. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the bumbu, salam and laos and bring to the boil. Then add the tahu, the labu siam, the melinjo and the lomboks and mix well. Then add salt and palm sugar and cook it slowly until done.
