Sayur Godog Ebi Pedas
Stewed vegetables in a fragrant and spicy sauce

350 gr potatoes
150 gr cauliflower
50 gr snow peas
150 gr beef (breast)
2 salam leaves
2 cm laos
4 tbsp ebi, roasted and ground
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1750 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp oil

4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
13 red lomboks
3 kemri/candlenuts

Cara Membuat:
Cut the potato into cubes of 2 cm, the cauliflower in small roses and the meat in small pieces. Grate de laos. First blanch the shallots, garlic and lamboks. Then pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu together with the laos and the salam for 4 minutes. Then add the ebi and mix well.
Then add the meat and fry it until it changes colour. Then add the potatoes, cauliflower and peas. Add the salt, the palm sugar, the pepper and the coconut milk and cook it slowly until done.
