Tumis Hiwan Taoco
Stir-fry of spicy vegetables with fish balls

10 bakso ikan (fish balls)
50 gr broccoli
50 gr of carrot
50 gr of tauge / bean sprouts
100 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 tbsp oil

Bumbu tumis:
Seasoning stir-fry:
4 cloves of garlic
5 red rawits
3 tbsp tauco
1 red lombok
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 spring onion
1/2 shallot
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp of palm sugar

Cara Membuat:
Cut the bakso into four parts, the broccoli in small roses, the carrot in slanted slices. Chop the garlic and the shallot finely. Cut the rawits into thin rings and the lombok in strips.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallot and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the remaining seasoning and mix well. Then add the bakso, the carrot and the broth and fry the carrot until soft. Then add the broccoli and the tauge and fry until done.
