Tumis genjer pedas
spicy stir-fry genjer with egg

3 bunches genjer (450g  yellow sawah lettuceloosen)
10 quail eggs, cooked
2 jeruk purut
1 tomato
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
75 ml of water
3 tablespoons oil
6 red chilies
4 red rawits
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
Cara membuat:
Cut the tomatoes finely and loosen the genjer. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Add the genjer and tomato and cook until the tomato is soft. Then add the eggs, salt and the palm sugar followed by the water and cook until the liquid is absorbed.
