Stewed kangkung in creamy sauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients
150 gr kangkung
1 tbsp petis
1/2 tbsp ebi (soaked, roasted and ground)
1 tsp palm sugar
2 red lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
200 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ketum bar
2 red lomboks
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Deseed the lomboks and slice into thin strips.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu together with the ebi and the lomboks for 4 minutes. Add the coconut milk, salt and palm sugar and bring to the boil. Then add the kangkung and cook it slowly until done.
