Oseng-Oseng Kangkung
stewed kangkung with shrimps and egg

4 bunches kangkung
500g small prawns/shrimps
7 quail eggs, hard boiled
2 cloves garlic
2 shallots
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp kecap manis
200 ml water
3 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Slice the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallot and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook it until tender. Then add the kangkung, eggs, salt and the kecap and mix well. Then add the water, cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes until done.
