Stir fry of kailan with chicken
200 gr baby kailan (Chinese broccoli)
75 gr chicken mince
3 cloves of garlic
1 cm jahe
1 red lombok
1 1/2 tbsp sasu tomat (see recipe)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of palm sugar
100 ml water
1 tbsp oil
Cut the shallot and garlic into thin slices and the lombok into slanted rings. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallot, garlic, jahe and lombok for 3 minutes. Then add the mince and fry it loose.
Then add the kailan and mix well. Then add the saus tomat, salt, pepper, palm sugar and water and mix well. Cook until done and tender.
