Buncis Tumis Ampela
Stir-fried beans with chicken

250 gr of green beans
200 gr chicken livers
1 salam leaf
1 cm laos
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tbsp kecap manis
50 ml water
1 tbsp oil

4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 cm kunyit

Cara Membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Grate de laos. Cut the green beans into slanted pieces. Cut the livers into slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and laos for 3 minutes. Then add the livers and mix well. Then add the beans and fry them soft. Then add salt, pepper, palm sugar and kecap and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done.
