haricot verts with ebi
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr haricot verts / young green beans
1/2 tsp of salt
5 shallots
5 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
4 tbsp ebi
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
3 tbsp oil
water
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water together with the salt and the beans and cook them until done. Then drain and rinse and set aside.
Cut the shallots into thin slices and the keriting into rings. Soak the ebi.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and the keriting for 5 minutes. Then add the ebi, the salt and the palm sugar and fry until done.
Mash it afterwards and sprinkle it over the beans and serve.
