Tumis Kangkung
stir-fried spicy kangkung

3 bunches kangkung
25 gr teri nasi asin
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 salam
4 red lomboks
200 ml coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp oil

5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri/candlenuts
4 red lomboks
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
4 cm laos

Cara Membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the paste into a paste. Cut the shalots and garlic into thin slices. Deseed the chilies and cut into thin strips.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the bumbu with the shallots and garlic for 4 minutes. Add the chilies and fry for 1 minute. Then add the coconut milk, salt and palm sugar and bring to the boil. Add the kangkung and teri nasi asin and cook until tender.
