Tumis Kang Kung Kari
stir-fry of kangkung with curry

2 bunches kangkung
1 carrot
1/2 tsp kari bubuk / curry powder
4 cloves garlic
3 shallots
2 red chilies
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the carrots into slices and kangkung coarse. Cut the shallots into thin slices and garlic finely. Cut the chilies into strips.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic and the shallots for 2 minutes, then add the chilies, and mix well. Add the carrot and fry until soft. Then add the kangkung, the kari, salt, pepper and the palm sugar and mix. Then add water and cook until tender.
