stir fried bamboo shoots with carrots

150 gr bamboo shoots
2 carrots
50 g small shrimps
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1 cm jahe
3 red chilies
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
100 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the bamboo into thin slices, chop the garlic, the chilies and onion into thin strips. Cut carrots into diagonal slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion, garlic, the chilies and the jahe for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute. Then add the bamboo and the carrots and fry it half done. Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper and mix well. Then add water and cook until tender.
