Tumis Kailan Bawang Putih Tabur Wijen
stir fry of kailan with garlic and sesame

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr kailan (Chinese broccoli)
6 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
100 ml of water
2 tbsp of oil

Taburan:
garnish:
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp of fried garlic

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the kailan into pieces and chop the garlic finely. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add the kailan and fry until soft. Then add the kecap, the oyster sauce and the pepper and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done. Sprinkle the sesame seed and garlic on top and serve.
