Oseng-Oseng Jamur
fried spiced mushrooms

2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 green lombok
250 gr mushrooms
1 tsp asem
1 salam leaf
2 cm laos / galangal
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots and garlic fine. Cut the lombok into thin strips and grate the laos. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic, galangal and Lombok for two minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3 minutes.
