Sayur Bayam Sarang Telur
stewed spinach with egg

250 gr bayam / wild spinach
5 cloves of garlic
250 ml of water
50 ml chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Finely chop the garlic. Beat the egg. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 2 minutes and set aside.
Heat in a pan the water together with the stock, the salt and the bayam and bring to the boil. Cook until the bayam has softened. Mix in the garlic and then stir in the egg and stir until the egg is solidified. Serve.
