Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr Jackfruit
125g beef
5 kacang panjang / garter / snakebeans
100g melinjo leaf
1000 ml coconut milk
6 red rawits
1 kunyit
1 lemongrass stalk
3 jeruk purut
8 tbsp taoco
1 asam kandis
1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 candlenuts
2 cm kunyit
5 red chilies
6 shallots
1 cm laos/galangal
4 cloves garlic
1 cm jahe
 
Cara membuat:

Cut the jackfruit into pieces and the meat into small cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the garter and the rawits into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the kunyit, the lemon grass, the jeruk purut, the taoco and asam kandis for 5 minutes. Add the meat and fry it brown. Add the coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add the jackfruit, the garter, the melinjo, the rawits, salt and palm sugar and cook slowly until done.
