Gulai Manis Kangkung

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr kangkung
35 gr ebi + 125ml hot water
375 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
3 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe/ginger
1 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 red lombok
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
preparation;
Soak the ebi in the hot water for 5-10 minutes. Cut the shallots, garlic and lombok into thin slices. Cut the kangkung into pieces. Grate the jahe and the laos.
Heat the coconut milk in a pan with the shallots, garlic, lombok, jahe, laos and palm sugar and bring to the boil.
Then add the ebi with the water and the kangkung and cook over low heat for 20 minutes until tender. serve.
