Curry of cauliflower with chicken

250 gr cauliflower
10 chicken wings
2 sereh / lemongrass
3 jeruk purut
1500 ml coconut
5 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp of asamwater
2 tbsp of oil

7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 candlenuts
2 tsp ketumbar
3 cm kunyit
2 cm laos

Cara Membuat:
Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the lemon grass and jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the chicken and fry until it changes color. Then add the coconut milk and bring to the boil. Then add the palm sugar, salt, asamwater and cauliflower and gently cook it until it is done and the sauce has thickened.
