1 chicken thigh fillet
3 garlic teentjs
1 shallot
2 carrots
100g green cabbage
100g mushrooms
100 g cauliflower florets
5 caisim / choy sum stalks
100g white cabbage
2 jamur kuping (or oyster mushroom)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
`1 tbsp kecap asin
2 tsp tomat sauce / ketchup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
2 spring onions
500 ml of water
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces, shallot into small pieces, the carrots into diagonal slices, cabbages in pieces, the caisim and spring onion into pieces. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices. Mince the garlic.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 1 minute. Add the meat and cook until it discolored. Add the carrots, both cabbages, mushrooms, cauliflower, Casim and jamur kuping and fry it gently until soft.
Then add the oyster sauce, kecap, tomat sauce, salt, palm sugar and the pepper and mix. Then add the water and bring to a boil. Add the cornstarch and cook until the sauce thickens. Spoon in the sesame oil and spring onion and serve.
