Cuciwis Masak Taoco
stewed green cabbage with tahu/tofu

250 gr green cabbage
1 tahu takwa / kuning, yellow tahu/tofu
100 gr oyster mushrooms
3 taco taoco
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
150 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks

Cara membuat:
Cut the tahu into cubes, the cabbage into pieces and the oyster mushrooms into strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the tahu, the cabbage, the taoco, the kecap, the pepper, the salt and the palmsugar and mix well. Then add the water and bring to the boil and cook it further until done. Serve.
