Tumis kecipir
stewed vegetables from Bali

300g kecipir (winged beans)
50 g ikan teri or anchovies
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
1 tsp kecap asin
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the kecipir in angled pieces, the shallots and the garlic into thin slices and the chilies in rings. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the chilies and fry for 1 minute. Add the ikan teri along with the kecap, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix together well. Then add water and cook slowly until done.
