Tumis Pare Udang
stir-fry of sopropo/bitter melon with shrimps

3 medium pare / sopropo / bitter melon
1 tbsp salt
1 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
200 gr shrimps, peeled
100 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
3 tbsp oil

6 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
1/2 tomato

Cara membuat:
Cut the pare in half and remove the seeds. Then cut it into thin slices and sprinkle with the salt. Squeeze the moisture out of the pare and rinse well. Cut the ingredients for the bumbu into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp and fry until they change color. Then add the pare, the water, the salt and the palm sugar and cook until done. Serve.
