Kerang darah masak asam pedas
spicy mussels

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400 g mussels, cooked
1 salam leaf
2 jeruk purut leaves
3 kunyit leaf
1 lemongrass, crushed
200 ml of water
2 asam kandis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
3 tbsp oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
2 large red chilies
7 rawits
1 cm laos
1 cm jahe
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the Bumbu with the salam, the jeruk purut, the kunyit, the lemongrass for 5 minutes. Add the mussels, the water, the asam kandis, salt and palm sugar and let it simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
