Cuciwis masak taoco
green cabbage with quail eggs in sauce

100 quail eggs, cooked
300 g young green cabbage
100g oyster mushrooms
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
3 tbsp taoco
1 tsp tomat sauce (see recipe)
1 tsp kecap manis
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the cabbages in half and the mushrooms into strips. Cut the garlic and the shallots into thin slices and the chilies ing rings. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic and chilies for 3 minutes. Add the taoco, saus tomat and kecap, followed by the salt, palm sugar and pepper. Spoon the eggs, cabbage and mushrooms gently through. Pour in the water and cook it slowly until done.
