fern buds with coconut

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr young fern tops
water
250 gr grated coconut
50 gr  ebi (dried shrimps)
9 shallots
1 tsp lemon juice
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 red lomoks
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 lemongrass
1 cm jahe (ginger)
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat water in a pan and add the fern tops and cook it until tender. Then drain the fern tops well. Roast the grated coconut in a dry skillet until brown. Pound or grind the grated coconut fine. Cut the shallots into thin slices. Soak the ebi in water and drain. Then roast the ebi and pound or grind it fine.
Pound or grind the ingredients for bumbu fine into a paste. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
