Sambal betawi asem-manis


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken or beef 500g
3 shallots
4 cloves garlic
oil
4 lomboks
1 tsp asem
1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp gula jawa (palmsugar)
50 ml vinegar
salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces and rub it in with salt. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat brown. Slice the shallots, garlic and chilies fine and mix with the asem, the trasi and the water. Add this to the meat together with the sugar and cook until the sauce has thickened. Stir in the vinegar
