Sambal Cobek Ikan Mas
sambal for fried fish


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
2 tbsp asam water
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
15 red lomboks
1 cm kencur, roasted
2 cm jahe, roasted
7 kemiri nuts, roasted
6 cloves of garlic, roasted
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and the asam water and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve with the fried fish.
