spicy and sweet sauce for pangsit
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
3 red lomboks
6 shallots
1 tbsp sauce sambal (see recipe)
5 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
75 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the lomboks and the shalots into thin slices. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the lomboks and the shallots for 4 minutes. Add the sauce sambal, kecap, pepper, salt and water and bring to the boil. Let it cool down before use.
