Sambal Matang Rebon

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
30g rebon (dried fish)
15 red chilies
8 red rawits
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tomato
3 tsp shrimp paste
1 tsp salt
4 tablespoons oil
water
oil
Cara membuat:
Soak the rebon in water. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the rebon. Drain it and then pound it fine. Pound or grind the chilies, the rawits, shallots, garlic, shrimp paste, salt and tomato fine into a coarse paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the rebon and cook slowly until the liquid has evaporated.
