Nasi Tim Daging Cincang
steamed rice with minced meat

250 gr minced meat
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp oil
300 gr rice
220 ml water

1/4 tsp jinten
1/4 tsp ketumbar
1 cm jahe
1 cm kunyit
1 cm sereh
1 cm laos

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the water. Add the salt and the rice and cook it half done. Mix all remainig ingredients trough the minced meat and steam it for 10 minutes. Fill cups half full with rice and put the meat mixture on top. Steam the cups for 30 minutes until done and serve.
