Nasi Siram Kikil

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
800 g white rice, cooked
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp keap manis
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp oil
Taburan:
garnish:
2 tbsp bawang goreng
Bahan Siram:
Ingredients filling:
200g kikil / shank meat
2 eggs
1/4 onion
2 red chilies
2 green chilies
3 red rawit
1 spring onion
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
300 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water and cook the meat until done. Let it cool and cut into small pieces. Let us also 150 ml stock behind.
For nasi: Cut the shallots into thin slices and chop the garlic. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 2 minutes. Mix in the rice and cook 3 minutes. Then add the two kecaps, the salt and pepper and mix well and cook well.
For siram: Beat the eggs, slice the onion into thin strips, the chilies into thin rings and chop the rawits finely. Slic the spring onions into thin pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the chilies and the rawits and fry gently. Add the eggs and fry in into a scrambled egg. Then add the meat, kecap, salt and pepper, followed by the broth and fry gently until cooked and the sauce has thickened. Spoon in the spring onion at the last moment en cook it for 1 minute.
Spoon the filling on top of the fried rice and sprinkle with bawang goreng.
