Nasi Goreng Kerabu

Nasi Goreng Kerabu
Ingredients:
1000 gr nasi putih (cooked white rice)
10 kaffir lime leaves
2 red onions
4 shallots
3 lemongrass
2 ginger flowers (bunga kantan)
6 bird’s eye chilli (red rawits)
20 g long beans
5 gr selom leaves
5 gr kacang botol
3 eggs
4 tbsp cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preperation/Method:
Slice the lime leaves, the red onions, the shallots, the lemongrass, de ginger flowers, the rawits, the beans, the selom leaves and the kacang botol thinly. Beat the eggs. Heat in a wok 2 tbsp of oil and scramble the eggs and set it aside. Add the oil and fry the slices ingrediënts until golden. Add the rice and fry it for 15 minutes. Then add the eggs and the salt and pepper.
