Nasi goreng kikil kemangi
fried rice with basil and kikel

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients
200 gr kikil, cooked
2 eggs
3 red rawits
600 gr white rice, cooked
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 bunches kemangi
2 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
2 cm kunyit
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
 
Taburan:

50 g emping
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Spoon the paste on the side and add the eggs and stir until scrambled. Cut the rawits into strips and add them. Then add the rice with the kecap, salt and pepper and fry it. Add the kikil and kemangi and cook for 1 minute. Garnish with the emping and serve.
