Soun goreng ayam jamur
fried soun with chicken and shiitake
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr soun
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp oil
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
100 gr chicken fillet / thigh
3 shiitkae
4 caisim / choisam leaves
50 gr bean sprouts
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 spring onion
50 ml of water
boiling water
Cara membuat:
preparation:
First soak the soun in the boilling water. Then drain. Then mix in the oyster sauce, the sesame oil and the kecap and set aside.
Finely chop the garlic and cut the lomboks into thin rings. Cut the meat into thin slices. Cut the shiitake into strips and the caisim into pieces. Cut the spring onion into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the lomboks for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and the shiitake and mix well.
Then add the caisim, the bean sprouts, the sauce, the salt, the pepper, the spring onion and the water and mix well. Then add the soun and fry it until done.
