yellow noodles with vegetables and meat

200 gr mi kuning / basah / yellow noodles, cooked
75 gr shrimps, peeled
75 gr of lamb meat
1 tomato
30 g bean sprouts, blanched
50 gr cabbage
2 tbsp oil
325 ml meat broth
3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 spring onion
1 sprig of celery
1 tsp salt

Dice the meat and tomato. Cut the cabbage into thin slices. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the spring onion into thin slices and finely chop the celery. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic and bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until it changes colour.
Then add the shrimp and the stock and mix well. Then add the celery, the spring onion, the salt and the vinegar and cook until the meat is done.
Then add the cabbage and the bean sprouts and mix well. Then add the mi and the kecap and cook until done. Serve the mi with the pelengkap.
