Bahan-bahan mie:
ingredients:
200g mi kuning, cooked
1 tbsp garlic oil
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Bahan-bahan kuah:
Sauce ingredients:
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
100g beef fillet
5 bakso sapi (veal meatballs)
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tsp fish sauce
5 caisim stems
100g bean sprouts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
500 ml of water
2 tablespoons cornstarch 2 tablespoons water +
1 spring onion
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Mix the noodles with the oil, kecap and pepper. Cut the meat into thin slices and the bakso in parts. Cut the caisim into pieces and the spring onion into small pieces. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Mince the garlic and cut the onion into strips.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it briefly. Add the bakso followed by caisim and bean sprouts and cook for 3 minutes. Add the kecap, fish sauce, pepper and salt. Add the water and cook the meat until tender. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch. Pour all over the noodles and serve.
