fried rice and noodles with vegetables
Bahan-Bahan:

300 gr of cooked rice
75 gr egg noodles, cooked
150 gr chicken fillet
75 gr of cabbage
75 gr bean sprouts
75 gr caisim / choisam
75 gr carrot
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tsp salt

3 red lomboks
4 red rawits
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp ebi, soaked

Cut the cabbage finely. Cut the carrot julienne and the choisam into pieces of 1 cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan of oil and fry the chicken until brown and done and then pull it apart and set aside.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts and choisam and fry until soft.
Then mix in the rice followed by the noodles. Then mix in the kecap, the salt and the palmsugar. Then mix in the chicken. Sprinkle the bawang goreng and the emping on top and serve.
