Nasi goreng siram
fried rice with separate meat-vegetable stir fry

Bahan-bahan nasi goreng:
Ingredients nasi goreng:
800g cooked white rice
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
 
Bahan-bahan tumisan:
stir-fry ingredients:
6 chicken livers, cooked
100 g chicken thighs, cooked and shredded
5 bakso sapi (veal meatballs)
250g cabbage
150g caisim / choisam / paksoy
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 leek
300 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 tablespoons oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Chop the garlic for the nasi fine. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Stirfry the eggs. Then add the rice, the salt and pepper and cook until tender.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the bakso and livers into pieces, the cabbage and the choisam into thin strips. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the liver, chicken and bakso and mix together well. Add the cabbage and choisam and cook half done. Then add the kecap, fish sauce, salt and pepper and mix well. Add the broth and cook until tender. Spoon the stirfry on top of the nasi and serve.
