fried spicy rice with seafood from East-Java
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
600 gr cooked white rice
150 gr shrimps, peeled
200 gr cumi / squid
1 spring onion
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil

6 red lomboks
3 cloves of garlic
7 shallots
1 tomato
1 1/2 teel trassi

2 tbsp bawang goreng
50 acar timun (pickled cucumber, see recipe)
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the squid into pieces of 1 cm and the spring onion in small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and squid and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the rice, the kecap, the salt and the palm sugar and fry until done. Then spoon in the spring onion and sprinkle the bawang goreng on top. Serve with the acar.
