fried lamb in a sweet kecap sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr lamb
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks
500 ml water
4 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lime juice
5 cabbage leaves
salt to taste
sugar to taste
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the meat into cubes. Slice the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks fine. Slice the cabbage into small pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic golden brown. Add the shallots and the lomboks and fry them until soft.
Add the meat follewed by the water, the kecap, the pepper, the salt and the sugar and let it simmer slowly until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened. Add the cabbage and the limejuice and let it simmer until it is cooked.
